Hennepin County District Court, the Fourth Judicial District of Minnesota, keeps its official trial-court records through Court Administration and its divisions. The public-facing Records Center is a key route for copies and access questions. MCRO is the statewide public case-search system, while Minnesota eFile and eServe is a filing and service system rather than a public docket-reading source.
Accuracy of Information
Courts can change contact information, public hours, fees, addresses, and procedures. A court-record system can also update during the day. We try to keep the information current, but cannot guarantee that every item is complete or accurate at a particular time. A Register of Actions changes over a case’s life. A hearing may move, a case may be continued, dismissed, sealed, consolidated, or amended, and a new order can alter the information displayed. A record viewed previously may not match the current case history. Confirm a court date, case status, or docket event with the Hennepin County District Court office responsible for the case.
Treat a docket item as a starting point rather than a final confirmation. Only Court Administration or the court division maintaining the case can verify the current Register of Actions and whether a setting remains in effect.

MCRO results and downloads are not certified copies.
